Activities
Coordinated by the municipality of Farnese and its Natural Reserve ‘Selva del Lamone’, VOLT brings together three schools from three European countries (Italy, Greece, Iceland) that are located in three different volcanic areas, a scientific and training association specialised in volcanology, and a European network on education that will spread project outcomes around its network.
Teachers will receive innovative outdoor STEM training by volcanologists and students will partake in 3 learning exchanges to share competences and co-create a documentary of their skill building process.
Exchange
Three travels in Italy, Greece and Iceland to discover volcanoes and exchange knowledge.
This module will be uploaded as soon as the travels begin.
Documentary
Final step of the project: co-creation of a documentary by the teachers and the pupils of the three schools.
